The first file (ruled paper) is a jpeg for 3/4" ruled school paper. The second (1st grade) has 1/2" lines. You can raid the paper box at your work and bring home lots of scrap paper and print out practice sheets to your hearts content! No need to ship anything or drive anywhere, its 100% scraps so no additional trees or chemicals and you wont end up with extra paper to dispose of later down the line. Reuse before recycle.
So go ahead and download it. Its free. I made the lines go all the way out to the edge so ignore the dialogue that says its too big to print. Everyone's printer has a slightly different print area.
